Blue Devils at a Glance

Blue Devils at a glance: The Southern Lakes Blue devils were founded by  Tom Hawkins and Pat Davis and then joined the IFL in 2006. Building upon the foundation that Hawkins started back in 2006, the Blue Devils strive for excellence on the field and making a difference off of it. The organization continues to make a difference in the Burlington, Elkhorn, and Paddock Lake communities through a collaborative effort between the teams many charitable outreach efforts.

About the Community

Elkhorn is located at the center of Walworth County. As the County seat, Elkhorn serves as the host community for governance and justice, financial and service organizations, and facilities and events. A beautiful park surrounds the County Government Center, a focal point for the Elkhorn downtown. It is where families gathered to say goodbye to their soldiers during World War II. Later the park became the setting for unique Christmas decorations, which resulted in being known as the “Christmas Card Town.”  Elkhorn has also been the home for the Walworth County Fair since 1851. It has become one of the largest county fairs in the nation.

Burlington is a city in Racine and Walworth counties in Wisconsin, USA.  Burlington is nicknamed "Chocolate City, U.S.A.", because of the Nestlé chocolate factory built there in 1966. It is also home to an annual ChocolateFest on Memorial Day weekend. Burlington is located just a short drive from Milwaukee, Chicago, and Madison which offers the charm and serenity of a quaint city with close access to major metropolitan areas.
